Reserving and paying your holiday You book by internet: If places are available, a confirmation of reception of your request is sent by e-mail. To confirm your reservation, you must make a down payment of 25% of the total cost of your holiday. The down payment can be done as you prefer by cheque or by bank transfer under 10 days. After this period, the request of reservation is cancelled. If no places are available, a receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. The balance must be paid on the day of the arrival. Cancelling your holiday - If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the arrival, your down payment will be returned to you except the cancellation fees of 10 Euro. - If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the arrival, your down payment will be kept plus the cancellation fees of 10 Euro. Deposit A 100 Euro deposit for bungalows and rented caravans is to be paid on the arrival and reimbursed when you leave in function oh the inventory. Our prices include Consumption of water and electricity (except for camping/caravaning), equipment for all the people in bungalows and caravans, sheets for beds (in bungalows and rented caravans), cleaning before your arrival and access to free activities. Our prices do not include The cleaning at the end of the holiday for bungalows and caravans which must be left clean ant tidy, toilet paper (one roll is given on the arrival), paying activities (Spa, video, internet, library). Arrivals and departures Rental periods begin at 4 p.m. (advise us in the event of a late arrival) and end at 12 a.m. on the day of departure. Pitches are available from 12 a.m. and must be left before 12 a.m. on the day of departure. Late departure could cost extra payment. Right to image You authorised the campsite to use pictures of you and your children taken during your stay, for the campsite's advertising needs.
